DataTouch has come to realize that little, if anything, is being accomplished to protect the vehicle owner information and repair data generated through the various OEM collision repair network (CRN) programs. Manufacturers are clearly at risk by having many factors of the vehicle manufacturing process, technologies, etc. utilized, as well as the repair methods and cost to complete repairs.

We guard against specific customer and vehicle repair information being pirated from estimates written and vehicles repaired by unauthorized third parties. We offer CRN shops the capability to protect all OEM CRN information from being shared through our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

Our currently available DataTouch tools and soon-to-be-available VIN Touch software protect the manufacturer's repair data as well as your vehicle owner's information from being shared with all unauthorized third parties who, in turn, sell it to undisclosed entities.
