DataTouch Products
The DataTouch software tool set is a series of integrated software modules for shops to facilitate total control over Personally Identifiable Information, (PII) and repair data from estimates before they are exported and shared with external trading partners. Each module is summarized to its functionality within the software application service.
Data Analyzer
Data Analyzer is a software application that runs on a shop PC or network server in each shop location. It only requires a simple download once a new customer is registered. It provides the following functionality:
- Identifies the software controls and data pumps that are installed and running on a shop’s computer system(s);
- Associates the names of the companies that have the software controls and or data pumps installed;
Data Auditor
Data Auditor is a cloud application that monitors the software controls and data pumps that are running in each shop location computer system to report the following:
- What estimates are being copied and how often by each software control and or data pump
- What specific estimate information is being copied and how often
